NOJA Power releases Colour Screen upgrade for RC Series Recloser Controls

Switchgear engineering firm NOJA Power today confirm the release of their new colour screen upgrade for the RC-10, RC-15 and RC-20 series Recloser Control.

This updated screen on these controllers forms part of the updated Panel module, designated PAN-02 under NOJA Power’s naming schema. The PAN-02 offers an improved user experience, colourising the standard display information.

No upgrade to relay firmware is necessary, as all firmware requirements for colour display support is confined to the PAN-02 HMI Panel module itself.

Upgrading legacy devices to the colour panel requires an upgrade kit to enable the colour feature, while RC-20 field devices are all colour compatible.

The PAN-02 has undergone extensive pre-release testing, including accessibility considerations for various grades of colour blindness.

PAN-02 is compatible with all RC-10, RC-15 and RC-20 products in service today, and can be ordered as an upgrade spare for existing service fleet.
